It is a pretty basic concept. And yet, daily we walk into homes that are a mess. Do you know what that says to the buyer? This home was not well taken care of. That’s what it says. Invariably, home buyers select the cleaner homes to purchase. The only alternative is to cut the price.
Ok…let’s talk about this. You can cut the price, by let’s say only $5,000, but usually more. OR…. You can hire someone to come in and clean and organize for you. It may cost you $200 or even $300, but that’s a far cry from $5,000. In fact, have them clean for you once a week until it is sold. Please. For your sake and the buyer’s.
